Sports are a special feature of our College and students have excelled in this area. The spacious ground is an advantage to the students of the college. The college has well equipped infrastructural facilities and students are encouraged to play and practice various indoor and outdoor games. The Department of Physical Education is housed in a building with an area of3,214 sq.ft. Equipment worth Rs.5.4 lakhs for various indoor and outdoor Games like volley ball, basket ball, shuttle badminton courts and a cricket ground are available. It is observed that most students throng to seek admission in this institution for the simple reason that they are sports lovers and they get attracted by the huge campus. Due weightage is given at the time of admission to those students who have excelled in the State / National level competitions

       There is a good rapport and compatibility between the trainer and his trainee which is a plus point for the success of the students in many a discipline. Not only at university level but also at the state and National level our students have earned laurels for the college. P.Gopi Chand, an Arjuna awardee is our alumnus and has represented India in the various World Badminton Championship. A.Raj Kumar, represented India in the Asian Games at Hiroshima and won the 'Best Player Award' for Beach Volley Ball. Gagan Narang, the ace shooter representing India is also an alumnus of this college. Besides these, many Gold & Silver Medals were bagged by the students in various games The students represented the college in many sports events and brought laurels to the college. The college won many inter- collegiate tournaments
